Inland Empire Immunization Coalition (IEIC)


To maintain a healthy community, free of vaccine preventable diseases, in the Inland Empire.


Inland Empire Immunization Coalition is committed to promoting health & preventing the incidence of vaccine preventable diseases through community partnerships, education & outreach.



¨ Improve immunization coverage rates and access to immunization services for all residents in the Inland Empire.

¨ Improve knowledge, attitudes and practices of immunization providers to reduce missed opportunities.

 Increase awareness about the importance of childhood, adolescent and adult immunizations.

¨ Expand and sustain membership of coalition. 


IEIC is composed of representatives from the community and organizations who are committed to IEIC’s mission.  Members meet regularly to network and share information on best practices and participate in immunization campaigns to develop and implement strategies designed to improve immunization coverage rates.


Inland Empire Immunization Coalition activities are designed around state and national campaigns. Campaign activities include advocacy, education and raising immunization awareness. Immunization strategies and ideas are shared among coalition participants.
